The fifth Annual CCLA–Marylebone Executive Search Lecture and Reception took place on Monday 18th November 2019.
Entitled ‘Power Reputation & Influence: Today's national security threats and how to counter them'. Elisabeth Braw addressed an invited audience of 300 at Drapers Hall in the City of London.
Elisabeth Braw is an Associate Fellow of the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI). She directs the Modern Deterrence programme, which focuses on how governments, business and civil society can work together to strengthen our defence against existing and emerging threats. She is also interested in European armed forces and homeland defence issues. Previously she worked at Control Risks following a career as a journalist where she reported from the United States, Germany, Italy and other countries. She remains a contributor to The Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, Foreign Policy and Politico, focusing on European defence and security and frequently speaks at conferences.
